Flange fitters

Activities:

As a flange fitter, you use drawings and work or customer assignments to carry out work for new construction and/or service projects primarily in the energy sector, the gas industry and petrochemicals. You maintain contact with the customer and ensure assignments are executed expertly and on time. As a flange fitter, you are responsible for assembling and disassembling flange connections as per the stated requirements. You have knowledge of and experience with pipework, gaskets, valves and seals.

Job requirements:

You posses at least a Basic SCC and have driving licence B, and have experience as a flange fitter in a similar setting. Further you are competent in terms of communication, and are customer and service oriented, meticulous, flexible and reliable (you work as per agreements). You have an educational background in mechanical engineering and must possess a ‘Working on flange connections as per protocol’ (SOG) certificate from Stichting Samenwerken Voor Veiligheid (Foundation Cooperation for Safety, SSVV). Possessing the following valid certificates is an advantage: ‘Moving loads’ (SOG), ‘Working on flange connections as per protocol’ (SOG), and ‘Working with autonomous respiratory equipment’ (SOG). A further requirement is that you speak German and/or English and that you can make yourself clearly understood to our customers.
